Equipment principle:
After the empty cans are transported by the infeed screw and divided into the cans, theses food cans reach to the start wheel of filling machine. the can supporting device of the filling machine is driven by the cam to open the filling valve with the can top, and the material is moved from The filling barrel flows into the can by itself. After the filling process is over, the can is taken out of the filling machine by the hook chain and sent to the lower lid mechanism. The caps mechanism detects the tin cans and lids, and the lid is driven by the dial synchronously.the caps reach to sealing machine, the can sealing machine supports the tin can for sealing, the sealing is finished then the tin can reach to the conveyor
